The economy of Shaanxi Province has developed rapidly and stably in the period of 2018 and 2019. Both of the real estate investment and commercial housing construction area have shown a rapid growth. The growth rate of commercial housing sales area has been maintaining a steady growth level，the decline in the area of commercial housing for sale has declined，and the trend of housing price growth has slowed down. In order to promote the stable development of the real estate market in Shaanxi，the government should continuously increase the area of land supply for ordinary commodity housing and public rental housing，reform the public financial management system，optimize the real estate tax system，establish the complete local tax system，and increase the expenditure for housing security.
