In 2018-2019，a series of land policies were issued by Shanxi Province and our country，which aiming to stabilize land prices，control house prices and protect people’s livelihood. Although these policies have played a certain role，but its effect is not obvious. It is suggested that the land policy of real estate regulation in Shaanxi Province should be optimized as follows：reasonably and effectively control the land supply，increase the adjustment of land supply structure，strengthen the monitoring function of land management，and increase the legal construction of land market and real estate market.
