The safety situation for inbound tourism in 2019 is basically stable. In 2019，property loss events significantly reduced in the event type，and the getting lost incidents，disturbing social order incidents，the security incidents caused by unsafe behavior obviously increased. More incidents are taking place in the spring，summer，autumn three season. The area of the incident has narrowed. The incident area is slightly expanded. And the event link is still concentrated in the “line” link. The safety incidents of inbound tourism in 2019 are mainly characterized by a large number of property loss，and frequent occurrence of public health incidents. However，safety assistance is relatively timely. Looking ahead to 2020，the development of China’s international exhibition industry，the promotion and implementation of all-for-one tourism，the development of shared accommodation，inbound tourists’ mobile payment and 2019-nCoV outbreaks will bring new pressure and challenges to the safety management of inbound tourism.
