本文使用前期构建且验证的旅游安全度和游客安全感测评指标体系评价目的地旅游安全状况，对2019年样本地旅游安全指数进行测度分析，研究发现，样本地旅游安全度总体上处于安全状态，部分旅游安全度较低城市亟待观照，旅游安全度空间分布非均衡性突出；从整体样本数据看，游客安全感知值略微高于游客安全期望值，处于良好状态；样本城市游客安全感知值略高于游客安全期望值，但游客安全感仍待进一步提升，游客安全感空间分布呈现两级分化态势。本文提出了完善旅游地安全监管制度；筑建旅游消防安全体系；有针对性地提高游客安全意识；开展旅游安全跨组织合作、产业合作、区域合作等管理建议，为提升旅游目的地安全管理水平提供科学依据和实践参考。
<<In this paper，the evaluation index system of tourism safety and tourists’ sense of safety constructed and verified is used to evaluate the tourism safety status of the tourism destination. The tourism safety index of the sample cities in 2019 is measured and analyzed. The main findings are that：（1）the safety of the sample cities is generally safe. Some cities with low tourism security need urgent attention，and the spatial distribution of tourism security is uneven. （2）From the overall sample data，the tourists’ safety perception is slightly higher than the tourists’ safety expectations and is in a good state；the sample cities tourists’ sense of safety perception is slightly higher than tourists’ sense of safety expectation，but tourists’ sense of safety still needs to be further improved. The spatial distribution of tourists’ sense of safety shows a two-level differentiation.
