This paper systematically reviews and analyzes the tourism safety management of all levels of tourism administrative departments in 2019. At the same time，this paper analyzes and looks forward to the tourism safety administration in China in 2020. In 2019，on the basis of the integration of culture and tourism，China’s cultural and tourism departments will actively implement the adjustment and integration of tourism safety functions，and promote tourism safety administration around the construction of tourism legal system，supervision and inspection，risk warning，incident response，safety training and other aspects. All kinds of tourism emergencies have been dealt with promptly and effectively. Looking forward to 2020，China should strengthen the construction of tourism safety system after the COVID-19，Increase the publicity of tourism safety image，and actively promote the development of routine tourism safety administration.
