2019年我国旅游购物安全形势整体平稳,国内旅游购物投诉急剧增加,出境旅游购物纠纷显著下降,入境旅游购物安全事件明显减少。与2018年对比,2019年旅游购物安全事件的类型、发生时间与地域分布等特征基本相似,投诉内容有所改变,退货成功率显著上升。在旅游购物安全管理方面,相关法律法规建设、专项整治行动持续进行,在旅游先行赔付、理赔服务管理、在线旅游经营服务监管等方面取得新的进展。随着相关法规的完善、行政执法力度的加强,以及游客规避购物风险能力的提升,我国旅游购物安全整体形势趋好。2020年,受新冠肺炎疫情的影响,我国旅游行业受到重创。随着疫情在全球范围内的蔓延,我国的出境旅游与入境旅游将受到较大冲击,出境与入境旅游安全事件数量可能均出现较大幅度的下降。
<<In 2019,the security situation of tourism shopping in China was stable in general,the number of complaints about domestic tourism shopping increased sharply,the number of outbound tourism shopping disputes decreased significantly,and the number of inbound tourism shopping security incidents decreased significantly.
