2019年,我国餐饮业依旧保持着迅速发展态势,旅游餐饮业安全形势较好,但是仍有较多餐饮安全事件发生。餐饮安全事件类型及引发原因多种多样且部分事件危害性大,造成严重后果。餐饮安全管理、餐饮经营主体和消费者自身是影响餐饮安全的主要因素。展望2020年,旅游餐饮业安全风险仍呈多样化趋势,传染性公共卫生安全事件防控将成为旅游餐饮业安全管理的新目标,小型餐饮店仍是政府监管的主要对象,为保障旅游餐饮业的安全、加强传染性公共安全事件防控意识需要政府、餐饮经营者和消费者共同努力。
<<In 2019,China’s catering industry still maintained a rapid development trend. The whole situation of tourism catering safety was good,but there were still many safety accidents. The types and causes of safety accidents werevarious and some of them were harmful,causing serious consequences. The main factors influencing catering safety came from government,operators and consumers. Looking ahead to 2020,tourism catering safety risks will remain diversified,and the prevention and control of infectious public health safety incidents will become a new target of catering safety management,and small restaurants will remain the main target of government regulation. To guarantee the safety of the tourist catering industry,and strengthen the awareness of prevention and control of infectious public safety incidents,government,restaurant operators and consumers need to work together.
