The construction of Shenzhen Wisdom Court has always been at the forefront of the country. With the help of Internet，big data，artificial intelligence and other information technologies，many judicial trial，management and service platforms have been created. However，the construction of the Shenzhen Wisdom Court is facing problems such as the unsound integrated management mechanism of the intelligent system，the relatively lagging construction of the intelligent infrastructure，the failure to establish a data sharing platform，the in-depth data application system to be improved，and the information security assurance system to be strengthened. To comprehensively improve the construction of Wisdom Court，we should improve the top-level design of the intelligent construction of politics and law，actively strive for the establishment of the Shenzhen Internet Court，promote the construction of the court’s integrated information infrastructure，in-depth exploration of the intelligent management system for handling cases in politics，innovate external service platforms for justice，promote the construction of big data management and development and application system platforms，and improve the operation and maintenance of information systems and security management platforms building.
