Shenzhen Municipal Committee and government actively support NGOs to participate in the law construction and provide necessary conditions. At present，NGOs in Shenzhen have become the contact points of legislative work，involved in the field of juvenile justice and environmental lawsuits，carried out legal publicity activities to different groups，cooperated with professionals to serve the public，participated in dispute mediation、employment and resettlement of released prisoners、community correction and other social legal work，and actively promoted the implementation of the law，which has become the important participants to the legal construction in Shenzhen.
