2019年,广州市妇联组织开展了广州家政服务市场满意度调查。通过8048份有效雇主问卷、3235份有效从业人员问卷以及一线调研访谈,深入分析市场供需现状、市场需求、市场期望值以及市场满意度。调查发现,广州市家政服务市场供给端的规模化效应已逐步显现,需求端的消费多元化与消费升级趋势越来越明显,这是推动家政服务市场提质扩容的主要出发点与价值本原。在购买家政服务前,市场抱有的期望值较高;在消费家政服务的过程中,市场对服务质量的感受、对成本与体验收益的衡量距离预期尚远;在消费家政服务后,市场抱怨比较突出、忠诚度尚需培养。本报告建议在行业大数据治理、多渠道人才输入、标准化人才培养、卡片化人才输出等价值创造环节做出努力,在政策扶持与财政支持、挖掘广州特色家政文化、推动立法与制定标准等服务与监督方面做出改进,以此促进广州家政服务业提质扩容,提高市场满意度,最终实现行业高质量发展。
<<In 2019,Guangzhou Women’s Federation organized a survey on satisfaction of Guangzhou’s domestic service market. This paper analyzes the supply and demand,expectation and satisfaction of the domestic service market through 8048 valid employer questionnaires,3235 valid employees questionnaires and the first-line interviews. The survey finds that the scale effect of the supply side of domestic service market has gradually appeared and the trend of consumption diversification and upgrading at the demand side has become more and more obvious,which is the main starting point and original value of promoting the “quality improvement and capacity expansion” of domestic service market. Before the purchase of domestic service,the consumers have high expectations;in the process of consumption,there is a gap between the consumers’ perception and the expectation of service quality;after the consumption of domestic service,there are more complaints and the loyalty of consumers needs to be cultivated. This paper suggests that efforts should be made in value creation activities such as industry big data governance,multi-channel talent input,standardized talent training,card based talent output,etc.,and improvements should be made in service and supervision aspects such as policy support,financial support,Guangzhou’s characteristic domestic culture,promotion of legislation and formulation of standards. In order to improve the quality and capacity of Guangzhou’s domestic service industry,improve market satisfaction,and ultimately achieve high-quality development of the industry.
