This paper analyzes and combs the progress of Beijing’s special struggles against the crime from the perspectives of court，discipline inspection and supervision，public security，etc. On this basis，this paper makes a general analysis of the characteristics of Beijing’s special struggle against crime. According to the spirit of the Central Committee and the concept of comprehensive governance，this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the special struggle against crime and evil in Beijing.
