本文基于北京市不同等级交通道路数据,从乡镇视角切入,系统分析了北京市314个乡镇的交通网络基础、交通邻近水平、交通可达性以及交通优势度。研究发现:①北京市各乡镇交通条件具有显著的空间差异性,圈层结构、集聚特征较为明显,交通优势度较高的区域主要集中在中心城区,北部和西南远郊区乡镇的交通优势度相对较低;②人口密度与交通网络基础、邻近性、可达性及优势度均存在显著的正相关性,相关系数分别为0。712、0。435、0。592和0。669,达到0。01的极显著水平;③定量识别分析表明,北京市交通条件薄弱地区主要分布在北部郊区的边远山区,在西南两区的西部山区也有所分布。本文认为,应将交通优势作为引导城市人口和产业布局的重要抓手,把交通薄弱地区作为新时期北京交通基础设施建设的重点区域,进一步统筹兼顾、优化交通基础设施整体布局,进一步推进精细化和智能化的交通服务与管理。
<<Based on the traffic road data in different levels in Beijing,from the perspective of township scale,this paper systematically analyzes the traffic network foundation,traffic proximity level,traffic accessibility and traffic advantage of 314 towns in Beijing. The results show that:(1)there are significant spatial differences in the traffic conditions of the towns in Beijing,with obvious ring structure and agglomeration characteristics. The areas with high traffic advantage are mainly concentrated in the central urban area,while the traffic advantage of the towns in the northern and southwestern suburbs is relatively low;(2)there are significant positive correlations between the population density and the traffic network foundation,proximity,accessibility and advantage. The correlation coefficients are 0.712,0.435,0.592 and 0.669,respectively,reaching the extremely significant level of 0.01;(3)the quantitative identification analysis shows that the areas with weak traffic conditions in Beijing are mainly distributed in the remote mountainous areas in the northern suburbs,and also in the western mountainous areas in the southwest two regions. This paper holds that transportation advantages should be taken as an important starting point to guide the layout of urban population and industry. Weak traffic areas should be taken as the key areas of Beijing’s transportation infrastructure construction in the new era. The overall layout of transportation infrastructure should be further comprehensively considered. Refined and intelligent traffic service and management should be further promoted.
