In this paper，the flexible employment situation of women in Beijing is investigated and studied，according to the survey data show that women’s flexible employment has the following characteristics：low overall income，relative lying in flexible employment industry，bias to the service industry and handicrafts，etc.，at the same time，the weak labor relations，lack of social security awareness and other problems. Balancing child care with working hours，family support，Internet penetration and community awareness are the factors that affect the flexible employment of housewives. Therefore，it is suggested that the relevant departments should effectively safeguard the rights and interests of flexible workers，improve the social acceptance of housewives and raise the social security awareness of housewives，so as to further improve the flexible employment situation of household women.
