In order to understand the current situation of Chinese Medical College Students’ TCM cultural literacy，and to provide feasible training programs and suggestions for improving the TCM cultural literacy of students in TCM colleges and universities，the research group designed a questionnaire by itself and took Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine students as the research object. After investigation，it was found that the overall level of students’ TCM cultural literacy was general，exposing less reading and difficulty in reading ancient books TCM thinking is weak. This paper puts forward suggestions from the aspects of personal and school external environment to optimize the training program. It is suggested that teachers’ curriculum should be optimized，teachers’ attention should be paid to，and a strong campus cultural atmosphere should be built. The Internet plus Chinese culture spread will eventually enhance the cultural quality of Chinese medicine students.
