随着全民健身活动蓬勃开展,居民体育意识不断增强,体育场馆作为大众体育活动的载体迎来了新的发展机遇,体育场馆合理化、高效化的运营也愈加受到重视。本文以体育场馆运营类企业为研究对象,选取广州珠江体育文化发展股份有限公司作为案例,从盈利能力、市场能力、杠杆能力、营运能力、安全能力和成长能力六个方面分析其竞争力现状和发展趋势。整体上,珠江文体以上六个能力表现良好,具有一定市场竞争力。同时,本文从六个能力以及人才资本、品牌战略方面分别对体育场馆运营类企业提高竞争力的路径提出建议。
<<As nationwide fitness campaigns gain momentum,public awareness of sports has been increasing,and sports venues,as a platform for mass sport activities,are presented with development opportunities. Increasing attention has been paid to proper and efficient venue operation. This paper aims to study venue operators,taking Guangzhou Pearl River Sports & Culture Development Co.,Ltd. as the case and analyzing its current competitive edge and development trends from six dimensions:profitability,marketing,leverage,operation,safety and growth potential. On the whole,the company performs well in terms of the six dimensions,and enjoys certain market competitive edge. Finally,suggestions are put forward on improving the competitive edge of venue operators from the perspectives of the above six dimensions,human capital and branding strategies.
