城市生态承载力研究是当前城市研究的重要内容,承载力计算对指导城市社会经济活动,友好协调城市与环境的关系有重要意义,特别是对于受自然地域环境条件限制的城市,承载力评价与计算相关研究更具有现实意义。本报告结合系统分析理论和数学方法,利用从定性到定量的方法,应用综合集成的城市可持续度计算公式,建立城市生态系统复合承载力核算模型,并以辽宁省朝阳市为例进行核算与评价。计算结果显示,朝阳市当前的生态系统复合承载力高于生态系统压力值,生态容量处于盈余期,说明朝阳市当前的资源消耗量小于获取量,整个城市处于可持续发展状态。
<<The study of the urban ecological carrying capacity is an important part of the urban research field,which is of great significance for guiding urban social and economic activities and coordinating the relationship between the city and the environment,and has more realistic significance for the cities which were restricted by natural regional environment. This paper takes Chaoyang City which located in Liaoning Province as an example,through combining system analysis theory and mathematical methods and applying urban sustainability calculation formulas which used qualitative to quantitative comprehensively integrated methods to construct a calculation model of urban ecosystem composite carrying capacity. The calculation results show that the current state of the ecosystem complex carrying capacity of Chaoyang City is higher than the ecosystem stress value. The city is in an ecological surplus period,and the consumption of urban natural resources is less than the amount of acquisitions which is in a state of sustainable development.
