This chapter briefly summarizes the evolution of construction waste management policies in China and other typical countries，and compares the similarities，differences，and advantages of construction waste management in China and other countries in terms of core concepts. Briefly introduces the main technical research and development fields and achievements of China Construction Water in the aspect of construction waste resource utilization. This chapter believes that，although China has made vigorous explorations in promoting policies and regulations in the field of resource utilization of construction waste，it is still incomplete. China’s construction waste management can find the strategic adjustment ideas suitable for China’s construction waste resources from the differences in management policies at home and abroad，and learn from the successful management of foreign countries，that is，establish a complete system of policies and regulations.
