    2019年磷石膏生产Ⅱ型无水石膏的应用前景及意义

    摘要

    绿水青山就是金山银山,保护好生态环境也是我国全面建成小康社会决胜阶段的必然要求。然而,近年来我国长江流域的水污染防治形势依然十分严峻,位于长江上游数亿吨历年由磷肥企业堆存的磷石膏成为土壤和水体污染的一个重大污染源。如何治理磷石膏引起的环境污染长期以来是一个十分棘手的问题。江苏一夫科技股份有限公司是一家专注于工业副产石膏资源化利用的民营高新企业,经过数年科技攻关成功探索出一条用磷石膏生产Ⅱ型无水石膏的新工艺。Ⅱ型无水石膏既可以用于粉刷石膏、石膏砌块、石膏板等石膏建材制品的生产,也可作为生产石膏矿渣复合胶凝材料和石膏矿渣水泥(超硫酸盐水泥)的原料,进一步拓宽了磷石膏的应用领域。这一新的磷石膏资源化利用工艺有望为解决我国磷石膏大规模资源化利用难题带来新思路。

    Abstract

    Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets. Protecting the ecological environment is also an inevitable requirement for China to build a well-off society in an all-round way. However,in recent years,the situation of water pollution prevention and control in the Yangtze River Basin are still very grim. In the upper reaches of the Yangtze River,hundreds of millions of tons of phosphogypsum accumulated by phosphate fertilizer enterprises have become a major source of land and water pollution. For example,the control of environmental pollution of phosphogypsum has been a very difficult problem. The pollution of phosphogypsum in the middle and western regions of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River has a long history. There are many reasons for this situation,but essentially are the slow technological progress and lack of technological innovation in the utilization of phosphogypsum resources. Jiangsu Yifu Science and Technology Co.,Ltd. is a private high-tech enterprise focusing on the field of resource utilization of industrial by-product gypsum. Since establishment,the company has taken solving industry problems as its responsibility. It has invested a lot of manpower and material resources in the field of resource utilization of phosphogypsum. After years of scientific and technological tackling,it has successfully explored a way to produce insoluble anhydrite with phosphogypsum. New technology of gypsum. Type II anhydrous gypsum produced can be used not only for plastering gypsum,gypsum block,gypsum board and other gypsum building materials,but also for producing gypsum slag composite cementing materials and gypsum slag cement(also known as supersulfate cement),thus further expanding the application field of phosphogypsum. This new phosphogypsum resource utilization process is expected to solve the problem of phosphogypsum in China and brings new ideas for large-scale resource utilization.
