A total of 419 titles of 2019 edition Pishu participated in evaluation. Local development Pishu has the largest number of participants，accounting for 35%，followed by industry Pishu，economics Pishu，international issues Pishu，social politics and law Pishu，and cultural media Pishu. Through analysis，it is found that the local development and industry Pishu should strengthen the research and creation of various indicators in the original scores of the value and significance of the research topics；economics，social politics，law，and cultural media Pishu should be more innovative and solution-solving. Policy guidance on major theoretical or practical issues；improve originality of the report；reduce content repetition rate. The report also analyzed the scoring rate of the average value of each indicator，the category distribution of the top 100Pishu，the distribution of research and innovation institutions，the distribution of research topics，and the distribution of publication year. At present，the content quality of Pishu showed many problems，such as lack of writing style standardization and insufficient innovation of Pishu index report or investigation report. Based on the problems，it is proposed to strengthen the front-end management of Pishu and manage the related bibliography of Pishu；combine with the evaluation results；improve the comprehensive evaluation index system of Pishu；perfect the feedback and appeal system of the evaluation results of Pishu；reform the evaluation method，and deeply integrate online review and offline review.
