报告首次尝试将地方文化类皮书的研创引入广义的文化类皮书研究范畴,分别对文化传媒及地方文化类皮书的研创背景、出版情况、研究主题特征、研究趋势展开分析。结合现代文化产业和文化事业改革的新形势,针对2019年出版的61部文化传媒及地方文化类皮书展开分析。2019年,文化传媒类皮书有40部,其中有9部是新皮书系列。地方文化类皮书在2019年共出版21部,2006~2019年已累计出版185部。2019年版皮书聚焦传媒产业、地方文化发展中新技术应用与新文化市场建设的机遇与挑战,在研创上充分发挥党政机构及其智库、社会智库、行业智库的创作力量。通过定量的方法,借助知识计量学的工具,以文化传媒及地方文化类皮书的系列名、目录、总摘要、关键词文本为基础数据,发现2019年文化传媒类皮书聚焦于产业、网络、媒体、全球、经济、互联网、公共、创意八大类,“人工智能”“媒体融合”成为年度研究热点;而2019年版的地方文化类皮书覆盖了中国主要区域文化带,“文化产业”“文化贸易”成为重要研究对象。据此,针对下一阶段文化传媒及地方文化类皮书研创提出三点建议:第一,应注重在学术共同体内实现逻辑性与思辨性的平衡;第二,在新技术环境下实现议题设置和议题引领的平衡;第三,在新历史转折期实现乡村经济发展与文化振兴的平衡。
<<In this paper,the research and creation of local culture yearbooks are first included into the broad scope of cultural yearbooks research. This paper analyzes the background,publication,research theme characteristics and research trends of cultural media and local culture books respectively. Combining the situation of modern cultural industry and reform,it carries out the analysis of 61 yearbooks of cultural media and local culture published in 2019. In 2019,there were 40 cultural media yearbooks,nine of which were new series. Twenty-one local culture books were published in 2019,and a total of 185 yearbooks were published from 2006 to 2019. In 2019,these books focused on the opportunities and challenges of the media industry,the application of new technology and the construction of new cultural markets in local cultural development. They gave full play to the creative power of the think tanks of the party,government institutions,society,and industries. Through a quantitative approach along with know-metrics tools,this paper uses the series name,table of contents,general abstract,and keywords of cultural media and local cultural books as the basic data,and finds that cultural media books focused on the eight categories,namely,industry,network,media,world,economics,Internet,public,and creative ideas,among which “artificial intelligence”,“media convergence” became annual research hotspots in 2019;while the local culture books covered the cultural belts of China’s major regions,where “cultural industry” and “cultural trade” stood out as important research objects. In the “comprehensive evaluation” of the quality of the books,the number of the cultural media books has increased over the past five years,but their quality has surprisingly decreased,and the number of local culture books has declined even significantly. Based on these,three suggestions are put up for the research and creation of cultural media and local culture books. First,it is important to strike a balance between logic and critical thinking within the academic community. Second,it should be guaranteed to maintain the balance between issue setting and issue leading in the new technological environment. Third,it is significant to balance rural economic development and cultural revitalization in the new historical turning period.
