The internet has also brought about many negative effects on the formation of minors’ cognition and attitudes. For example，the internet affects the formation of minors’ concentration and cognitive depth，squeezes minors’ study time and affects their socialization. To address these problems，a multifaceted and collaborative governance is needed to form an online protection system for minors that includes legal restraint，government supervision，industry self-regulation，corporate responsibility，school guidance，and family protection.
