Japan’s aging process is developing at an unprecedented rate in the world，and the demand for medical care and nursing is further increasing. In this context，the ministry of health，labor and welfare of Japan has decided to promote the establishment of a comprehensive regional support and service provision system in order to maintain the dignity of the elderly and assist them in their independent lives，and provide the elderly with the best possible security in their own homes.
