This report first analyzes the problems encountered in the innovation drive of Xiongan new area，and analyzes the current situation of innovation drive in Shenzhen special area. Secondly，from the perspective of science and technology，innovation talents，innovation enterprises，innovation platform，financial capital，innovation culture and innovation policy，it constructs the urban innovation power system. Thirdly，based on the principle of system dynamics，Vensim software is used to model and simulate the innovative power system in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone，and the simulation results are analyzed. Then，based on the above analysis，starting from the goal of building an urban innovation ecosystem，the paper summarizes the experience and enlightenment of innovation-driven development in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. Finally，from the four aspects of building an innovation ecosystem，gathering high-end innovation subjects，gathering high-quality innovation elements and creating an innovation service system，this paper puts forward some countermeasures to enhance the innovation power of Xiongan New Area.
