作为最重要的创新资源,人才资源对雄安新区创新型城市的构建具有关键性作用。通过检索并分析雄安新区人才资源相关的微信公众号大数据,借助内容分析的方法,探究雄安新区人才资源重构过程中的多元主体及其关系结构,并将其划分成核心层主体、辅助层主体和边缘层主体进行对比分析。研究发现,随着雄安新区的建设发展,政府的行政干预有所下降,但是变化不大,市场作用尚未发挥主要作用;辅助层主体中,金融机构的活跃主体作用不突出;边缘层主体的权重系数最低,对中高端人才公共服务体系和生活保障的打造不足。进而,本报告从优化雄安新区人才资源重构中多元主体及其关系的角度,提出针对性建议,以期能够推进雄安新区创新型城市的构建。
<<As the most important innovation resource,talent resources play a key role in the construction of an innovative city in Xiongan New Area. By retrieving and analyzing the WeChat public account big data of talents in Xiongan New Area,and using the method of content analysis to explore the multi-subjects and their relationship structure in the process of talent resource reconstruction in Xiongan New Area,and divide them into core-level subjects,auxiliary layer subjects and edge layer subjects,and compared and analyzed. The study found that with the development of the Xiongan New Area,the government’s administrative intervention has declined,but the change has not changed too much,and the market has not yet played a major role. Among the auxiliary stratum,financial institutions are active entities,but their performance is not outstanding. The weight coefficient of edge layer subjects is the smallest,which reflects that the construction of public service system and living security is insufficient. Furthermore,from the perspective of optimizing the multi-subjects and their relationships in the reconstruction of talent resources in Xiongan New Area,this paper puts forward specific suggestions in order to promote the construction of an innovative city in Xiongan New Area.
