2019~2020年中国新能源乘用车消费指数有所提升,产品和服务满意度指数均不断提高。其中,在轿车和SUV细分市场领域,消费指数均随着车辆级别的提高而提升。关注度方面,新能源乘用车用户仍然更关注产品本身,尤其是对安全性和电池技术性能的关注度较高。从新能源消费者对产品的满意度指数来看,车辆经济性-保值率和驾驶操控性-转向助力稳定精准方面满意度较低;BEV用户对舒适性和外观内饰的满意度较高,PHEV用户对安全性和动力性的满意度较高。服务满意度指数方面,新能源用户对经销商环境和人性化服务满意度相对较低。新能源乘用车用户未来购车升级的趋势较为明显,对续驶里程和充电时长的需求进一步提升,这将成为企业开发的方向和重点。
<<In 2019-2020,China’s new energy passenger vehicle consumption index has been improved,while the product and service satisfaction index have continued to increase. Especially,in the segment of sedan and SUV market,consumption indexes have increased with the update of vehicle levels. In terms of attention,new energy passenger vehicle users still concern about the product,especially the safety and battery technology performance. In terms of product satisfaction index,NEV users have a low satisfaction with the economics and preservation rate of vehicles,driving controllability,stability and accuracy of steering assistance. BEV users are highly satisfied with comfort,appearance and interiors,while PHEV users are more satisfied with safety and power. In terms of service satisfaction index,NEV users have relatively low satisfaction with the dealer environment and user-friendly services. The future purchasing trend of new energy passenger vehicle users is updating obviously and the demand for driving mileage and charging time is further increasing,which will become the enterprises’ development direction and priority.
