Based on the continuous release of the 2017 and 2018 China New Energy Automobile Enterprise Indexes，this report updates and improves the enterprise competitiveness comprehensive index and sub-indicators of the current year based on the relevant data of China’s NEV market development in 2019. The results show that the comprehensive index of corporate competitiveness in 2019 is 153.88；compared with 100 in 2016，99.02 in 2017 and 168.52 in 2018，the comprehensive index of corporate competitiveness has entered an adjustment period from a period of rapid growth. From the perspective of market structure，BYD，BAIC，SAIC and Geely still maintain a relatively stable competitive advantage in the sector of new energy passenger vehicles；Yutong Bus’s dominant position in the new energy bus industry is still stable；new forces in vehicle manufacturing have made breakthroughs，but the impact on the overall market structure is not yet obvious.
