截至2020年3月底,上海市新能源汽车公共数据采集与监测研究中心平台累计接入的新能源汽车超过33万辆。基于平台的车辆数据,数据中心形成了丰富的静态和动态数据库,从中选取新能源乘用车4组不同应用场景共4500个用户数据分析用户出行行为和充电行为。其中,分时租赁和PHEV用户出行里程、时长和次数较高;分时租赁用户出行时刻较分散,私人用户集中于早晚高峰;分时租赁用户充电最频繁,PHEV用户充电习惯相对良好。建议政府在新能源汽车技术路线上要保持中立,同时加强充电管理,并关注“充电困难用户”,通过新增、改建和共享突破充电困难问题。
<<By the end of March 2020,more than 330,000 NEVs had been accessed to the platform of the Shanghai Electric Vehicle Public Data Collecting,Monitoring and Research Center. Based on the vehicle data of the platform,the data center has formed rich static and dynamic databases,from which 4 groups of different application scenarios and a total of 4500 pieces of user data for new energy passenger vehicles are selected to analyze the users’ travel behavior and charging behavior. Especially,car-sharing and PHEV users have higher mileage,duration and number of times. Car-sharing users travel more scattered,while private users focus on morning and evening peaks. Car-sharing users charge more frequently,while PHEV users have relatively good charging habits. It is recommended that the government should maintain neutrality in the NEV technology route,strengthen charging management,pay attention to the “users who have difficulties in charging” and break through the difficulties of charging through adding,rebuilding and sharing.
