2000～2018年，上海文化投入总量由11。67亿元增至186。52亿元，年均增长16。65%，较明显高于全国平均增长1。96个百分点。上海综合评价排行：在省域横向测评中，处于2018年文化投入指数排名第5位；在自身纵向测评中，处于2000～2018年文化投入指数提升度第15位、2005～2018年文化投入指数提升度第11位、2010～2018年文化投入指数提升度第7位、2017～2018年文化投入指数提升度第21位。
<<From 2000 to 2018，Shanghai’s total expenditure for public culture increased from 1.167 billion yuan to 18.652 billion yuan，with an average annual growth of 16.65%，which was certainly 1.96 percentage point higher than the national average growth. The comprehensive evaluation of Shanghai：In the provincial lateral evaluation，Shanghai was ranked 5th in the 2018 annual culture investment index leaders；In the vertical evaluation of self-base value，Shanghai was ranked 15th in the 2000-2018 culture investment index runners-up，11th in the 2005-2018，7th in the 2010-2018 and 21st in the 2017-2018.
