<<From 2000 to 2018，Hubei’s total expenditure for public culture increased from 0.988 billion yuan to 11.315 billion yuan，with an average annual growth of 14.51%，which was slightly 0.18 percentage point lower than the national average growth. The comprehensive evaluation of Hubei：In the provincial lateral evaluation，Hubei was ranked 17th in the 2018 annual culture investment index leaders；In the vertical evaluation of self-base value，Hubei was ranked 13th in the 2000-2018 culture investment index runners-up，7th in the 2005-2018，3rd in the 2010-2018 and 3rd in the 2017-2018.
