Only by perfecting the legal connection between citizens and the state can we ensure that the subjects in the residents of the Special Administrative Region identify with the state and that they truly become patriots. In jurisprudence, an important way for citizens to communicate with the state is to fulfill their constitutional obligations. The question that needs to be further considered is how to fulfill the constitutional obligation when it encounters the special "one country, two systems", in other words, whether there is a constitutional obligation for "one country, two systems", and if so, how to fulfill it. For the majority of Chinese citizens who are residents of the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Region, the clarification of constitutional obligations has become an urgent issue.This article attempts to elaborate on this, so as to help improve the constitutional consciousness of the majority of Chinese residents in the Special Administrative Region, such as the sense of ownership and law abiding.
