Facing the new situation of fierce competition of network ideology, the ideological and political course should actively occupy the network position and play a leading role in propagating the core values of socialism. The mixed teaching mode SPOC combining MOOC and classroom teaching provided this possibility. The ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities have been exploring the efficient combination of teaching and learning for a long time. The new teaching mode of SPOC applied to ideological and political courses will show: curriculum design centered on the needs of the audience, highlighting the feedback effect of the people-oriented education concept.
