The educational purpose guides and regulates the development concept and practical operation of vocational education, which fundamentally determines the reality and future of vocational education. Curriculum model and curriculum content are the two core components of vocational education curriculum. From a macro perspective, the curriculum model abstractly reflects the overall structure and internal logic of the vocational education curriculum; from the micro perspective, the curriculum content specifically presents the knowledge characteristics and cognition laws of vocational education. In terms of the inherent connection between technology and vocational education, the establishment of vocational education curriculum model and the selection of curriculum content should all follow the specific laws of technical knowledge. While vocational education and teaching follow the basic laws of education, they must also conform to the basic characteristics of technology and its teaching laws. A reasonable understanding of technology is a necessary prerequisite and a reliable foundation for vocational education and teaching.
