In the policy process, policy implementation is an important step in turning objectives into reality, an important standard for testing the quality of policies, and an important basis for formulating subsequent policies. In the implementation of policies, there are three factors that affect the effective implementation of policies, that is, there are problems with the policy itself, which are not scientific enough, problems with the main body of policy implementation, biases such as self-interest, and the impact of the policy environment. The coming of the Internet age has different influences on these three elements of policy implementation. In policy implementation, supervision and feedback are important prerequisites for regulating policy implementation. In the implementation of policies, the main body of supervision is divided into party supervision, state power organ supervision, judicial supervision, administrative system internal supervision, and mass supervision.
