A total of 91 knowledge resource service model pilot units (three batches of 110 in total) were investigated in this research, and at the same time, 95 survey questionnaires were also collected. In this case study, each pilot unit has 9 typical product names, product profiles, product market positioning, product service objects, knowledge service technology architecture, typical product functions and features, operating models, profit models, and adoption of relevant standards. Aspects are described in detail. Generally speaking, all units currently have a relatively good situation in the research and development, operation, and promotion of knowledge service products. Basically, each company has at least one knowledge service platform or product that has been put into operation.
