Whether caring for one's own or someone else's children, childcare has always been considered a female responsibility. Although there are few male childcare workers, it has brought new impact on traditional gender relations. This study is aimed at male home-based caregivers, and conducts a preliminary study. By describing its characteristics and the division of labor with its spouse, this study attempts to understand the changes that males' home-based care work brings to the gender relationship. This article mainly discusses "what" men are engaged in home care? From the perspective of the division of labor and housework in the market, have they changed the gender division of labor after joining the ranks of traditional female work? How can the gender boundary be redefined?
