Construction of a harmonious society can’t be realized without the harmonious development environment of urban and rural land resources which is in greater need of the law enforcement and supervision team of the land resources. Based on the analysis of the features and existing problems of law enforcement and supervision of land resources in Guangzhou Municipality，this paper proposes to strictly control the “gate” of land and regulate the order of land market so as to effectively curb the illegal land activities，for which perfect joint responsibility system must be improved and a modern long-term effective mechanism monitoring the land law enforcement with strong influence，constraint force and control must be established.
