Judicial protection is the core link of human rights protection. The realization of the purpose of judicial human rights protection not only requires that judicial trials be conducted in strict accordance with the provisions of civil, administrative, and criminal substantive laws, but also that in the constitutional context, the organization and operation of judicial power itself must also conform to the provisions of the Constitution and laws. Of course, the realization of the goal of judicial protection of human rights is also the same. It requires that the judicial power and the judicial organs have clear laws governing the organization, operation, and management of personnel appointments. It should be said that China currently has a judicial power statute system formed by the Constitution, the Organic Law of the Judiciary, the Procedural Law, and the Judicial Law. Of course, under one of the purposes of human rights judicial protection, the relevant judicial norms need to be further improved.
