In order to consolidate Guangzhou’s strategic position to function as a national central city,expedite the construction of modern industry system and upgrade the gathering effect of the commercial real estate,this study,on the basis of analyzing the difference between the commercial real estate and housing real estate,points out the Guangzhou commercial real estate’s problems in such aspects as land supply,development & construction,operation & management,urban planning and management,etc.,and presents the countermeasures and recommendations for promoting the development of commercial real estate in Guangzhou.
