In recent years，non-public hospitals have developed rapidly，and grouping is an inevitable development trend. The purpose of this report is to track the development of non-public hospitals and non-public hospital groups from the perspective of geographical distribution，competitiveness factors，and vertical and horizontal intersections. Through analysis，it is found that the competitiveness ofnon-publichospitals continues to increase，and that the competitiveness of non-public hospitals in east China keeps leading. The number of hospitals in the central China has increased. Under the promotion of the reform of state-owned hospitals，the number of third-class hospitals in the top 100 hospitals has increased. This year，the number of top non-public hospital groups increased to 100. From the view of regional distribution of the non-public hospital groups，east China ranks the first，north China ranks the second；south China，central China，southwest and other regions rank the third.
