Population aging is both challenge and chance. This report focuses on the analysis of the comprehensive competitiveness of the combination of medical and nursing institutions and rehabilitation hospitals in China，the comparative analysis of the geographical distribution，institutional attributes and hospital levels of the institutions in the list，and the study of the geographical distribution，attribute characteristics and development trends of the combination of medical and nursing institutions and rehabilitation hospitals in China. Throughout the entire medical market，the number of institutions and rehabilitation hospitals run by private capital accounts for a relatively high proportion. The number is huge but the quality is uneven. The scale and hardware facilities are developing rapidly. In the future，the development potential of medical care combination and rehabilitation hospital market is huge，which should arouse the attention of managers and investors.
