This paper analyzes the top 80 best hospitals inGuangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the top 100 hospitals in Asian Chinese from the aspects ofgeograprical distribution，general scores，competiveness factors and servia radius. Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area occupies a national-level strategic status for economic development. It has a prominent geographical position in the Asian Chinese region and has excellent economic strength and medical strength. Mainland China Hospital has strong advantage in top 100 hospitals in Asian Chinese region，but the development of non-public hospitals still needs to be improved.
