The research objects of this report are general hospitals located in counties，including Chinese medicine hospitals. This article analyzes the 2019 top 100，300，and 500 county-level hospitals in terms of hospital distribution and competitiveness factors. It can be seen from the list of 300 hospitals that have reached the recommended standards for comprehensive service capacity of county-level hospitals that 60 hospitals from Shandong province and 33 hospitals from Jiangsu province have been listed as up-to-standard county hospitals. Among the 300 hospitals that have reached the recommended standards，71 hospitals have entered the ranking of top 100 county-level hospitals，and 253 hospitals have entered the ranking of top 500 county-level hospitals.
