2020年以来新冠肺炎疫情对整个社会的经济都产生了重大影响，医院的运营也不可避免。疫情期间艾力彼医院管理研究中心对全国26个省（区、市）316家医院的调查数据显示，疫情集中暴发时期，全国各类医院都出现了业务量的大幅下滑，近九成的医院存在资金压力，50%的医院现金流支撑不足两个月。而造成这一状况的原因，除了短期疫情的影响因素之外，还暗含着目前国内大部分医院长期面临的运营困境。
<<Since 2020，the COVID-19 epidemic had a significant impact on the entire society and economy，including the operation of hospitals. According to survey by Guangzhou Asclepius from the affected 316 hospitals in 26 provinces and cities，in February，all types of hospitals experienced a sharp decline in business volume. Nearly 90% of hospitals had financial pressure，and nearly 50% of them had less than 2 months of cash flow support. This dilemma implies not only the short-term severity of the epidemic，but also the long-term operational difficulties of most domestic hospitals.
