According to the data of the rankings of China’s hospital s’ competitiveness conducted by Ailibi，this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the distribution of medical resources in different regions of the country by combining the economic and population distribution of each region. The results show that the distribution of medical resources in different regions in China is uneven，and the difference between hospitals of the same type in different provinces is also very huge. At present，China is still in the situation of uneven distribution of medical resources，which are mostly concentrated in cities with more developed economy，more concentrated population and higher administrative level. The core of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment is “rational distribution of medical resources and diversion of patients”. Although，it is hord to put it into practice fully，it’s still imperative.
