2019年,中国媒体融合进入动本体、改存量的一体化融合阶段,各家媒体在体制机制改革、内容技术革新、组织运营改进、经营创收突破等方面多有创新之举。本报告以梳理2019年中国媒体融合大事记为基础,通过分析传统主流媒体短视频战略、广电MCN热潮、5G与AI新技术应用、媒体存量优化举措、经营服务化探索等融合创新的案例和模式,来透视中国媒体融合进程的主脉络。
<<In 2019,media convergence in China has entered the integrated stage of transforming original business and management,and various media organizations have made innovative moves in terms of system and mechanism reform,content technology innovation,organization and operation improvement,business revenue breakthroughs,etc. Based on combing the memorabilia of China media convergence in 2019,this paper is to thoroughly understand the main context of media convergence progress in China by analyzing the innovative cases and representative models,such as short-video strategies of traditional media,TV stations’ MCN boom,new technology application of 5G and AI,optimizations of surviving media business,exploration of service-oriented management,and so on.
