In order to meet the growing needs of the people and promote the development of Hubei Province’s healthy pension industry，the Hubei Provincial People’s Government attaches great importance to it. Various departments work in concert to develop a series of systematic administrative plans. At present，the home-based and community care is developing synchronously，the integration of medical care and convalesce is being promoted，the pension talent training system is continuously improved，and the “Internet + pension” construction is constantly innovating. After the development in recent years，Hubei Province has made some achievements in the field of healthy pension industry. But there are still many constraints and deficiencies in the current system，resource allocation，and service supply capacity.
