Suggestions：lead the development of the elderly health service industry with the guiding ideology of “changing from disease treatment as the center to people’s health as the center”；promote the extension of “combination of medical care and support” to urban and rural communities with the prevention and control of chronic diseases as the focus；develop the human resources of elderly health services in multiple ways；improve the supply of elderly health commercial insurance service products with long term care insurance as a breakthrough；guide and standardize the demand and supply of elderly health services by implementing standardized strategies
