通过对河南省371家健康管理(体检)机构的基本情况、规模设置的调研,整体了解全省健康体检行业发展现状、趋势与存在问题,并据此提出对策建议。河南省体检行业保持高速增长,多数体检机构已开展不同形式的健康管理服务,公立医院健康体检中心向健康管理学科发展转变,民营体检机构呈现连锁发展态势。但存在一些问题与挑战,主要表现为地区之间健康管理(体检)机构发展不均衡、质量品质问题差异化明显、检后服务成为“短板”、医生及健康管理专业人才短缺等,亟须统一不同健康管理(体检)机构之间的考核标准并规范其执业行为,完善检后服务体系以形成健康管理服务链条,加强重要岗位专业能力和职业技能培训,重视科研建设以提升学术引领地位。
<<In order to integrally understand the current situation,development trends and existing problems of the health management institutions in Henan Province,We investigate the number,scale,and scale setting of 371 physical examination institutions. The results show that the physical examination industry in Henan Province has maintained rapid growth. Most of the health management institutions carry out different forms of health management services. Physical examination centers in public hospitals have developed into health management subjects,and private physical examination institutions have shown a trend of chain development. However,there are some problems and challenges,which are mainly manifested by the uneven development of health management institutions between regions,post-examination services becoming a “short board”,and shortages of doctors and health management professionals. There is an urgent need to unify the assessment standards between different health management institutions,improve the health management service chain,strengthen professional competence and vocational skills training for important positions,and attach importance to scientific research to enhance academic leadership status.
