This report analyzed the competitiveness evaluation results of health management （physical examination） center of the third class public hospitals in mainland China by Guang Zhou Asclepius Heathcare and Zhong Guan Cun Xin Zhi Yuan health management institute. The regional distribution，related factors and competitive factors of the top 100 competitive health management center were analyzed. In terms of distribution，the distribution of the top 100 is mainly concentrated in the eastern region，with the largest number in eastern China，and the largest number in provinces （or municipalities directly under the central government） are Beijing，Guangdong and Shanghai. From the analysis of competitive factors，the post-examination service capability and information technology level have been further improved，the talent team has been strengthened，and the level of academic research is still weak.
