Under the background of healthy China’s strategy，the policy dividend has been released frequently，the development of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has entered into a new normality，and the internationalization of TCM has entered into a “accelerated run”. Up to now，China has signed a cooperation agreement on TCM with more than 40 countries，regions and organizations，and the health service of TCM is benefiting all mankind. Standardization is the basis of improving the quality of TCM health service，and also an important means to promote technological progress and innovation. To excavate the scientific connotation of TCM through scientific and technological innovation and to promote the inheritance and innovation of TCM is a major strategic goal to realize the great rejuvenation of TCM. The development of professionalization plays an important role in promoting the overall development of medical and health care services for TCM，giving full play to the advantages of TCM and broadening the position of technical and technical personnel in TCM health services. Based on the large amount of data published and provided by the State Administration of Chinese Medicine，the Statistics Bureau，authoritative journals and specialized research units，this chapter will analyze the standardization and internationalization of TCM health services，the background and definition，the current situation of development and the challenges and countermeasures.
